Washington Wedding Day - Madison + Kent

Madison and Kent's wedding at Gorge Crest Winery embraced the summer season's blooming expanse with a colorful garden event set among a whimsy of florals. The day's color palette centered around bold oranges with infusions of red and pink, and our couple did not shy away from the use of color which made for a bold and stylized interpretation of garden whimsy. Bride Madison opted to wear a gorgeous gown with sleek cutouts and detachable sleeves and her groom counterpart Kent went with a crisp white shirt and suit accessorized with a floral pocket square.

Kali and Eric’s day at Gorge Crest Vineyards was not only breathtaking, but super sentimental with family helping DIY everything from their boho wooden ceremony arch to the bride’s stunning handmade gown. We choose a destination wedding so that we could give our family and friends an experience they wouldn’t otherwise have. Oregon, and specifically the the town of Hood River, had resonated with us since our first trip there together as a couple. With a region in mind, we wanted to create an open platform for our wedding day – an outdoor venue in which we could bring together the people we love most. Keeping the ceremony, dinner and reception outdoors was important to us, so we really kept the flow of the space in mind. A long U-shaped table would foster new relationships. A satellite bar would keep people on the dance floor. One of our biggest goals was not only to bring people together to a beautiful location, but one that would keep them talking…with each other.

Wedding Style - Rebecca + Abraham

Rebecca and Abraham met in a hardware store in San Francisco, California. Rebecca was building a vertical garden for the first time, and Abraham worked as a salesman in the neighborhood hardware store. He asked how he could help her and what was she building. Rebecca went into the store again a week later, when he asked how the garden was coming along, and each time, they spoke a little more. The third time she went into the store, he invited her to see him in a play. Rebecca went opening night, and when he saw her, mid-monologue, he forgot his line. “I think we both blushed,” says Rebecca.
