"We almost missed Gorge Crest as an option because it's on the Washington side of Hood River but I am so, so grateful a friend suggested it. Honestly, picking Gorge Crest for our venue may have been the easiest decision of the entire wedding. You walk onto the grounds and immediately see that everything is perfectly maintained and intentionally designed to make your day easier. The view of Mt. Hood is unreal on a clear day and, even if the mountain view is obstructed, the view of the nearby gorge and distant ridges are there and it is stunning. Working with Ronda is effortless, Heather is a phenomenal coordinator, and Celilo Restaurant operates like delicious, delicious clockwork. The get-ready area upstairs is large and really comfortable even for large groups with a kitchen for breakfast/lunch. The barn is beautiful, the grounds are flawless and there's even an area of the trees with hammocks and string lighting. It's just... it's so cute. Go see it then book it for your wedding."
